Glitter Girl Returns & Refunds Policy

At Glitter Girl, we hope you absolutely love your new sparkle-filled purchase. While we don’t accept returns on most products for hygiene and safety reasons, we’ll always do our best to assist with any issues.


No Returns on Cosmetics, Skincare & Glitter Products

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Makeup and cosmetic products

  • Skincare products

  • Loose or pressed glitters

  • Hair accessories, earrings or jewellery

  • Underwear or swimwear

  • Sale items

  • International orders

All sales of these items are final unless the product is deemed faulty or not as described.


Returns & Exchanges – Clothing Only

We accept refunds, exchanges or store credit on full-priced clothing items only (e.g. t-shirts or hoodies), provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • The item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original condition

  • Return postage is paid by the customer


How to Request a Return (for clothing)

  1. Email us at customercare@glittergirl.com.au with your order number and the details of the return.

  2. We will send you a Returns Form to include in your return parcel.

  3. Send your parcel to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels. If your exchange item is in stock, we will send it out at no additional cost.


Faulty Products

If your item is faulty or damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase, please contact us with details and a photo of the issue.

Where possible, we will offer a repair or replacement. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be offered.

Items damaged through general wear and tear are not considered faulty.


Additional Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank

  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable via Glitter Girl

All items are quality-checked prior to dispatch. If you believe your item is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

We do not accept returns that are worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or altered. All returns must include a completed Returns Form. Unidentified returns or returns outside of the 30-day window will be returned to the sender.
