Wherever we can, we choose packaging materials that are recyclable, reusable, or sourced from sustainably managed forests.

And our sparkle jars? Not single-use — they’re keepsakes. You can return your empty glitter tubs to GGHQ, where they’ll be cleaned, sanitised, and refilled to bring joy to even more sparkle lovers.

Glitter Girl’s signature shimmer is made from plant-based cellulose, derived from non-GMO grains and wood pulp — not plastic. It’s certified by TÜV Rheinland to meet strict EU standards for biodegradable cosmetics, meaning it breaks down safely into CO₂, water, and natural biomass under compost-like conditions.
