Return Instructions

We hope you fall in love with your new super sparkly purchase, however if it wasn’t right for you, here is how we can help..

We off refund, exchange or store credit on full price items. We do not offer refund, exchange or store credit on sale items or international orders.

  • The item must be in the original packaging, tags attached and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow the below steps to do so:

  1. Contact us at to receive a returns form. Please include your order number and the details of the return including the item to be returned or exchanged.
  1. Fill out the Returns slip we provide and place the form with your package.
  2. Send your parcel back to us within 30 days to the address provided on the form. It is recommended that you use a traceable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered safely to us.

*Please note: We do not cover shipping costs for returned goods as this is at the sender’s expense. We also accept no responsibility for any additional costs, delays and loss of goods being returned. We will, however, send out exchanged items at our own cost.


Exchanges are subject to stock availability and our 30-day Returns Policy. If you would like to change styles, we ask you to request a refund and make a new order for the different style. We are able to offer exchanges on the same style and colour where a different size is required.

We do not cover shipping costs for returned goods, and we accept no responsibility for the loss of goods being returned. We will, however, send out exchanged items at our own cost.

Note: Shipping costs for exchanged items can only be refunded on faulty merchandise that has not been worn, soiled, damaged, and still has the original cardboard swing tags intact.


Note: There is strictly no exchange for sale items unless faulty or wrongly described.

Please note there is strictly no refunds for sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been placed.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method: credit card via PayPal or your PayPal account, this is subject to stock availability and our 15-day returns policy.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and, unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Glitter Girl. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.


Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact us.

Note: Ensure to carefully read the ‘Care Instruction’ attached to your garments. Glitter Girl will not be held responsible if the customer fails to follow care instruction.


Cosmetics, earrings, hair accessories, underwear and swimwear are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Glitter Girl garment tags still attached. Damaged soiled or altered returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All items returned should have a Online Store Returns Form included.

Unidentified returns outside the 30-day policy will always be returned to the sender using our standard courier service. You will be emailed a tracking number. We however will not accept any liability for these returned goods.
